SUNCHILD FRENCH BRAND is committed to shipping your order from the warehouse within 2 days of payment, Monday to Friday.
You will receive an email confirming your order delivered to your home by Colissimo.

Shipping costs within France: €5.90 (VAT included). Free delivery for orders over €129.
Shipping costs within Europe: €16 (VAT included)
Outside Europe, United States & United Kingdom: €23 incl. VAT. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Outside Europe other than the United States & the United Kingdom: €32 including VAT. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated delivery time:
France & EU: between 2 and 6 business days
Outside France & EU: approximately 10 business days

You have the right to cancel your purchase without penalty and without giving a reason, in accordance with French law. However, if you decide to cancel your purchase, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the Sunchild products.

To cancel your purchase:
- You must inform us within 14 calendar days of the day of receipt of the product(s).
- We strongly recommend that you return the merchandise unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in its original packaging.

We recommend that you keep the tracking code and shipping date as proof of return of the product; if we do not receive the cancelled order, we will have it collected at your expense.

Your order refund will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase cancellation notice.
