Payment, delivery & exchange
The transaction is based on encryption of the data exchanged between the Internet user and the secure platform CM-CIC P @ iement for CIC.
Payment security is based on the “128-bit” SSL encrypted “Secure Socket Layer” protocol, a security standard that protects you against hacking attempts.
Transport of your packages
Packages are generally shipped between 48 hours and 72 hours after receipt of your payment. Your package will be shipped via Colissimo.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk.
During holidays or public holidays, the deadlines will be extended.

We ask you not to accept a damaged package (packaging showing visible signs of opening and / or damage): you must refuse it. Indeed, the packages leaving the warehouses of our logistics provider are always impeccable, and must be delivered to you in this condition. If a damaged package has been left in your mailbox or your caretaker has received it, the package is considered “accepted as is”. If no reservations have been made, we will not be able to take into account any disappearances, nor to provide compensation.
Exchanges & Returns
Have you got the wrong size or the color of the product does not suit you?
SUNCHILD returns it to you free of charge * in the size and color of your choice.
To do so, via our contact form, indicate your order number and the reasons why you are returning this product to us.
Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
You will return your product in its original packaging, in perfect condition, within 14 days of receipt of your package to the following address:

For support by Sunchild of any loss of products during return transport, we advise you to make all your returns by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, otherwise we will not be able to reimburse your products.
* Sunchild returns the requested product to you free of charge in mainland France.
Sale or promotional items are neither exchanged nor refunded.
